The Staff of Creation Theory is a fan theory in RWBY fandom. The theory states that Clover Ebi will be resurrected by Qrow using the Staff of Creation.
The theory was created by fairgame-is-canon after RWBY's volume 7 finale and quickly gained popularity within the Fair Game fandom. Similar theories have been proposed in regards to resurrecting Pyrrha Nikos, and the origins of Penny Polendina.
