The Loft Tape is a recruiter vid, a pimping tool used in the slash part of Sentinel fandom. It was a VHS cassette, compiled by [qui?? possibly Bert Hayling], that featured every scene, and only scenes, of Jim and Blair together at home in Jim's loft. The tape features most of the truly exciting scenes of the show, wherein Jim and Blair eat salads, watch television, cook breakfast together, and occasionally stumble on each other in various states of undress. In one scene that rocked fandom, Jim offers Blair noodles. Cameo appearances by Maya and Larry the Barbary ape.
