The Lionheart Questionnaire was compiled by Beth Blighton for the Lionheart Fan Club.

Blighton was a major voice in The Beauty and the Beast Wars, and this survey was an attempt to figure out why the numbers of subscribers was declining for her newsletter.

It was printed in Lionheart (Beauty and the Beast newsletter) #8 in December 1993. Blighton included a LONG editorial in that issue which was both a scolding and a pep talk to fans.

The results were published in Lionheart (Beauty and the Beast newsletter) #9. See A Meeting of Minds: The Results of Our 1994 Lionheart Survey.
