The Klingon Dictionary is a 21-page Star Trek: TOS zine by M.A. Carson. This fanwork was also part of Southern Star, published in 1976, and this may be a separate publication, or this may be a fan's decision pull this section out to make a custom zine which would explain why it is undated.
Not to be confused with the 1985 publication by Marc Okrand, who constructed the Klingon language that was heard in the films and since used to translate Shakespeare.
