The KSA Archive Interviews

They have a fandom nonfiction section with interviews with fans that were conducted in January 2000.

"These interviews were recently conducted by a variety of people in a variety of forums: some authors spoke with the interviewers on IM or IRC, while some answered pre-set questions. These results are personal, thoughtful insights into the minds of a very divergent group of writers. I'd like to express grateful thanks to all the interviewers and authors who generously volunteered their time for this project." [3]
