The Ivy Crown is a Gwen/Morgana story by an author which wishes to remain Anonymous. This story was originally published under the author's fannish name before being added to Ao3's Anonymous Collection at a later date. It was written for Paperlegends 2011.
This story was inspired by art from the kinkme-merlin meme community. It also borrows an OC character from Guard!verse, a Merlin-based story Lexicon game that came out of the camelot_fleet multi-shipping community.[1]
Late one night, several prisoners escape from the dungeon, Arthur disappears, and fate takes a left turn. Morgana and Gwen are dragged along into a new world of intrigue, magic, and war. (AU from 1x12 "To Kill the King")
