The Grayson Hall International Fan Club was an official Dark Shadows fan club focused on the actress Grayson Hall who played the character, Dr. Julia Hoffman.
A one-year subscription ($8.00) included an 8x10 photo, detailed bio, and four issues of Shades of Grayson.
