The Fairhome Factsheet was published by The Lost Weyr, a Dragonriders of Pern fan club.
It was available to club members for the cost of postage and an SASE.
From Legends of the Lost Weyr #4 (1987): "... members can get at postage cost The Fairhome Factsheet, a set of extracts from the Archives which provides the information needed to develop a persona, as well as various other member benefits (such is discounts on copies of club publications.)"
