The Deal is a Mulder/Krycek story by Brenda Antrim. It has several sequels.

Summary: Krycek and Mulder wrestle with, uhm, some issues, and Krycek strikes up a truce with Our Heroes.

The Bait (NC17) is a purely sexual follow-on to The Deal and Possibilities (NC17) is a sexy follow on to The Bait.

A different set of sequels to The Deal are Runes, Identity, and Recognition which are mostly PG rated and feature a straight X-File case.

Recs and Reviews

The Deal & The Bait by Brenda Antrim - The Deal is said to be the very first M/K story, and seems it'd set the tone for M/K stories to follow: trust, betrayal, heartaches...[1]

This has to be one of Brenda's best stories. When Krycek decides he needs help to elude Cancerman and his cronies,he kidnaps Mulder in an attempt to coerce Skinner and Scully into leaving him alone while he takes care of Cancerman. In the process of dealing with a drugged and handcuffed Mulder, Krycek decides to give into his animalistic nature and he and Mulder have wild sex. The sex scenes were very well written with an eye toward the dominate/submissive and the use of the side-effect of the drug to persuade Mulder it was not rape was well-conceived and brilliantly executed. The dialogue was painstakingly accurate and in keeping with the characters. If you read any slash fiction...are just deciding to start, you should read this one first.[2]
