The Almighty Johnsons is a fantasy/comedy/drama about people in New Zealand who embody ancient gods.
Canon
The Johnsons are four brothers who, on their 21st birthday, become Norse gods, although not entirely powerful.
- Mike (Mikal): Ullr, the god of games and hunting
- Anders: Bragi, god of poetry and persuasion
- Ty (Tyrone): Hodor, god of winter and darkness
- Axl: Odin, leader of the gods, war, magic and prophecy
Other characters include their parents and grandfather, other gods and goddesses, and non-deity flatmate and receptionist. Their quest is to marry Odin to the goddess Frigg, which will invest the gods with their full power. Hijinks ensue.
