Zagreus/Thanatos is a semi-canonical pairing in the Hades fandom between Thanatos and Zagreus. The relationship's canon status is determined by a given player and the choices they make during gameplay, and is one of two (not mutually exclusive) romantic relationships that Zagreus can form over the course of the game.
