Is this used for darker stuff too? Enemyslash, rape, etc. I'm just wondering. --Doro (talk) 09:51, 24 May 2021 (UTC)

Not sure - I've been trying to look into the usage of the term in fandom and figure out when it started to become prevalent, but it's hard to know where to look. I don't think any research has been done on it. --enchantedsleeper (talk) 10:54, 24 May 2021 (UTC)

AttentionGardeners |because=Most of what was on this page is now on "Sapphic", I moved the WLW info and made Wooloowoo its own article. If this is an issue, I wanted to let gardeners know. --Cavewomania (talk) 08:23, 29 December 2023 (UTC)

From the edit history note: I've turned "Sapphic" into its own glossary page and transferred info to there. I know variants of WLW such as NBLW (non-binary loving women) are common, and Sapphic is a distinct word with a direct equivalent in "Achillean", a page I created since that's used in fannish spaces as well. Sapphic and WLW are said to be synonymous on lgbtqia wikia https://lgbtqia.fandom.com/wiki/Sapphic. If there is any issue at all, please bring it up on this talk page. Wooloowoo is also its own article now.
