Talk:Underage

I'm not sure if the two meanings should be split into different entries with a disambiguation page; how are we handling glossary terms with multiple meanings? And should Underage (warning) redirect to "Chan," or do we want to keep those separate entries? I'm thinking discussion of the controversy over underage/chan stories should mainly live in one place or the other.--Penknife 20:16, 9 October 2008 (UTC)

In my understanding, in chan only one character is underage, so it's not the same term, so they should be separate entries. --Dora 20:24, 9 October 2008 (UTC)

To me, both of them are very different. Underage, to me, is a label for stories with characters of the ages 14-17 that contains some rather explicit content (but not necessarily smut), while Chan is rather explicit content with characters 13 and younger. However, the definitions differ very much. The discussion regarding the topics, on the other hand, is very similar. A lot of people use the same arguments for both discussions. --Rodo 20:33, 9 October 2008 (UTC)
