Leaving a quick message why I reverted the last change; you do still either need to be gifted a free code to sign up for the website. And to be gifted a code, someone has to buy a subscription to get that code and give it to you. The front page also still displays that it's in "invite beta," so as far as I can see nothing has changed. So I reverted the small change that was made, which removed the part about buying subscriptions. If other editors know something about the subscriptions that produce the invite codes that I'm unaware of, let me know and we could change it back if need be. Patchlamb (talk) 21:30, 1 July 2021 (UTC)
