Talk:The Scarlet Pimpernel (fandom)

I'd like to create a disambig page for both this page and The Scarlet Pimpernel (Harry Potter fic). Per enchantedsleeper, we have a few ideas of how to retitle this page:

  1. We could go with "The Scarlet Pimpernel (play/novel)"
  2. We could call it "The Scarlet Pimpernel (historical fiction)" as a way of referring to both
  3. We could go with the "disambig the disambig page" approach and leave this page where it is (creating "The Scarlet Pimpernel (disambiguation)" and linking here from it)

I'm leaning toward option 2, but wanted to check if anyone else has thoughts before forging ahead. Thanks! Eskici (talk) 17:35, 16 October 2022 (UTC)

I think option 2 is neater than option 1, and probably more suitable for the page/fandom than option 3, so I'm in favour as long as no-one has an issue with the "historical fiction" wording, which is a bit different to our usual (but fitting, in my opinion). --enchantedsleeper (talk) 21:01, 17 October 2022 (UTC)
