About Me

I first started editing Fanlore after joining the Organization for Transformative Works as an administrative volunteer for the Open Doors Committee. I periodically would need to make edits on Fanlore to Open Doors' page and to create or edit pages for archives that we imported and/or investigated. From there, I branched out into helping keep some of the OTW committee pages up-to-date (chair history, etc.), and I made significant contributions about the OTW's Hugo Award which were later moved to the page Archive of Our Own and The Hugo Awards. Since then, I've continued to dabble in editing, and I successfully applied to join the Fanlore team as a Policy & Admin volunteer in 2020. I left the Fanlore Policy & Admin team in September 2022, but I continue to volunteer for the OTW as an Open Doors chair and a Volunteers & Recruiting senior volunteer.

Fandom-wise, I'm most interested in making the Marauder era of Harry Potter as queer as humanly possible (while wholeheartedly rejecting JKR). These days, I write quite a bit but don't do a lot of reading.
