Talk:The Postal Service

Page Name

So there are a ton of redirects to this (as there should be -- I didn't know there were so many different in-jokey names for mail!) but I'm wondering if the actual page itself should just be "Post Service" (or even, like Wikipedia, just "Mail"). I don't see any guidelines on Help:Naming Conventions about starting page names with "the" when its not part of a title or name, but I personally prefer having the bare noun for the title. I'm opening the floor to comment for a while rather than just moving the page -- what do other editors think? -- Quaelegit (talk) 01:13, 24 April 2023 (UTC)

Whichever title we pick, I think we should have "Fandom" in it, like Telephones and Fandom.
My first reaction to "Mail" was "no," as I was worried it would be confused with email and such. But Wikipedia's way seems fine. I'm also okay with "Fandom and Postal Service." (I've not seen the term "Post Service.")
Hopefully, others will weigh in. MPH (talk) MPH 14:23, 24 April 2023 (UTC)
