Talk:Shadows & Roses
This fanzine is described as a "gen Forever Knight anthology". Is it "gen" in the sense of not being adult (i.e. no smut)? Because, if it comes from the Nick and NatPack, it's pretty well bound to contain Nick/Nat fic, since the NNP is a couple faction. --Greer Watson (talk) 00:27, 26 August 2016 (UTC)
- I'm guessing "gen" and "non-explicit het" would be a better description then? Or just "gen" and "het"? --MPH (talk) 01:14, 26 August 2016 (UTC)
- I've not seen the fanzine myself; but that sounds the most likely thing. I'll try to find out more. --Greer Watson (talk) 01:17, 26 August 2016 (UTC)
- Okay, Jean Graham (one of the contributors) has a copy, and sent me some info. She says that they are all NNP stories but she doesn't think that any of them went beyond an R rating. She also sent me a picture of the cover and ToC, as well as the cover of Knightbeat No. 10 (in which she had stories).

- However, I seem to be having trouble uploading the pictures. Not a difficulty I've had before; and all the odder since Wikia didn't object to them. They're on the Forever Knight Wiki, therefore, if someone could snag them: front cover & ToC for Shadows & Roses, front cover for Knightbeat 10. Also a screencap of Arletta's Home Page, for which I made an article yesterday.
- Also, from the spelling of the title on the front cover, it looks as though it should be Shadows & Roses, with an ampersand. --Greer Watson (talk) 18:11, 26 August 2016 (UTC)
- Well, it looks as though I can upload with IE. :) Greer Watson (talk) 05:56, 27 August 2016 (UTC)
