"Article is one-sided"

Sticking the PPOV tag on the article was a good idea. I don't feel up to tackling improvements myself but here's a tumblr thread, Archived version with Sarah(aka dingdonyouarewrong) and some of her fans pointing out things they want addressed in the fanlore article. -- Quaelegit (talk) 23:31, 26 April 2023 (UTC)

I fixed the factual error Sarah points out in that post (re: who wrote the Homestuck video) but I don't have it in me to tackle the rest, at least not now. I definitely agree that this needs more points of view, though. I no longer have a Twitter or engage much with her videos/fandom's responses so it's trickier for me to dig them up than it might once have been, but there were absolutely positive reactions being posted to all of the videos discussed in the article, including the proship vs. anti video. I even posted some of those positive reactions myself at the time! -- Malcontent (talk) 20:56, 30 October 2023 (UTC)
Just noting that I've removed the PPOV tag because the contentious content has all either been removed (see my previous note about fixing the factual error about the Homestuck video) or moved to another page (Fandom's Biggest Controversy: The Story of Proshippers vs Antis).
