Not sure what the policy is for updating bad links. Leave dead one in and add new? Put in new and get rid of dead? See: "Till the Sun Breaks Down." --Mrs. Potato Head (talk) 14:22, 13 August 2013 (UTC)

It depends if the old dead link is on the Wayback machine. Plugging in an old link into the WB can offer some history. What I've done is reverse the order: new link; deadline (now offline). If the link really is dead, then I sometimes remove it. But it is easier to just add a note (dead link). --MeeDee (talk) 17:29, 13 August 2013 (UTC)
