This page has pretty much been blanked. How to resolve? --Mrs. Potato Head (talk) 18:59, 25 November 2013 (UTC)
- I am not certain why the info was removed - titles and tables of content and page counts are not copyrightable, the review was only a short quote and, like the thumbnail images, is fair use. Since the editor blanked without discussing possible issues on the Talk page, my suggestion is we restore and then send a note up to the Wiki Committee so they can keep an eye out. Also, this will allow the blanking editor to still come back to the Talk page and offer their thoughts and suggestions so we can try to reach a consensus. --MeeDee (talk) 01:32, 27 November 2013 (UTC)
- I restored the page, updated the links, added the note about new issues and also clarified that some of the table of contents summaries are from the publisher.--MeeDee (talk) 01:44, 27 November 2013 (UTC)
- Thank you. And thank you for finding the further commentary. --Mrs. Potato Head (talk) 14:08, 27 November 2013 (UTC)

- Ive protected the page for a month. (Non-administrators cannot edit the page), User:PanicMoon needs to explain themselves, this is a fairly clear case of fair use and not a copyright violation. Phoenix (talk) 00:14, 3 December 2013 (UTC)
I would very much like to explain why I've made the changes I did but the editor in question does not accept email. I point out I put a message through the generic contact page weeks ago and got no response. Certain things you have used are not covered by fair use and I would like to explain why. Would the editor please email me so we can discuss it or provide legal office address so I can write to them? contact me please via: panicmoonfanzine@googlemail.com
- On Wikis, we use the Talk page to discuss contested issues in order to reach a consensus (edits are not up to any one editor). You can use this Talk page to outline what you think is not covered by fair use (see the discussion above that lists the various categories or elements that are present on the article page to help get you started). Alternatively, you can use the contact info on the main page and outline in detail your thoughts. You may get a faster response (and reach a wider audience) if you use the Talk page. --MeeDee (talk) 00:52, 3 December 2013 (UTC)
Ill post the contents of the email here for clarity's sake:
I edit the Dr Who fanzine Panic Moon and I see that you have created a page about it. Please could you delete your page? Many thanks.
That email was vague and unspecific. Phoenix (talk) 10:46, 3 December 2013 (UTC)
