Talk:Nova (Blake's 7 fanwriter)

Really glad someone wrote this page, because I think she's an important figure (and nice, obviously). This is also a very good analysis of her work, but - I disagree pretty strongly about this: "Nova rarely wrote collaboratively but she often created HEXed responses to other authors' stories, for example The Atonement Cycle by Hafren, Willa Shakespeare & Nova." Willa/Marian is responsible for the HEX in question, and Nova just writes some further happy stories in that verse. I don't think that's she's ever written any other HEXes or any other collaborations, although her 'Much Ado' story might qualify (it was [sort of] in the style of Executrix), and then Executrix wrote a remix of it, but that doesn't imply collaboration, really. The HEX label coming from her is true, but I think she gave it to Marian, and generally liked a happy ending, rather than because she did it. Do you think that's right? Aralias, I think you were addressing Espresso Addict in this last sentence? I think you should ask her on her Talk Page so they see it for sure. In any case, I think it's a topic that's easy enough to amend via information on the HEX page and elsewhere. --MPH (talk) 22:23, 9 June 2014 (UTC)
