While editing this page I noticed that a lot of the fanvids were uploaded to Youtube by someone other than the original creator. I included links to Youtube and the original posts by vidders where possible, but is this the right thing to do? Should we be linking to works that haven't been uploaded by the original creator? All vids I used clearly attributed the original vidder but it made me a bit uneasy. Especially as it's possible the creators don't know their works are on Youtube.
