Talk:Gwen Raiden (mailing list)
Second list, same name?
From the List of Femslash Mailing Lists:
- Gwen_Raiden Website: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/gwen_raiden/ archive link Fandom: Angel Description: "Shocked by Gwen? Who wasn't? Join us as we watch Gwen give life to a dead show. This list is dedicated to the new character on WB's Angel, Gwen Raiden. Discussion, fanfic, and mindless obsessing are all welcomed and encouraged." "This list is dedicated to the new character on WB's Angel, Gwen Raiden. Discussion, fanfic (gen, het, slash), and mindless obsessing are all welcomed and encouraged. Discussion of general show plotines and news concerning the actress who plays Gwen (Alexa Davalos) will also be welcomed."
BUT I was only able to find one femslash fic (the rest were het) and I didn't see the second description anywhere on the mailing list. Maybe there were two? Should I still put this under a femslash list? --doctorsidrat (talk) 02:56, 27 October 2019 (UTC)
- I got the second description from Alice's list here. Alice pulls the descriptions off the pages themselves, so it must exist on a lost page. The mailing list is still "current" and has a different description there, one that doesn't talk about genre at all. See page today; archive link that doesn't show message history. I'm guessing the list originally included f/f, but since only one fan submitted one, it doesn't really qualify for the femslash list. We should take it off. I'm glad you caught that, Doctorsidrat. --MPH (talk) 12:26, 27 October 2019 (UTC)
