Talk:Fandom Classic
I think the page needs a different structure; otherwise it becomes just a long list of random works that mean "someone likes this one, a lot."
Possible headers, instead of fic/art/vids etc:
- Classics that established or solidified some aspects of fanon
- Classics that showcase a favorite OTP
- Favorite must-reads for new fans
- Works that got famous outside of their fandom
Example listings for "famous outside of their fandom:"
- Fic: My Immortal by Tara Gilesbie (Harry Potter). This story is famous for being "the worst fanfic ever."
- Fic: Shelter by Leslie Fish (Star Trek) is often credited with being the first published slash fanfic.
