You're probably correct. My group and I were focusing mainly on the speculation side of things (since the Demogorgon already has an entry related to canon at the Stranger Things Wikia). To be clear, character pages on Fanlore focus on fans' engagement with the character, not on canon info (Help:Character pages). Since this doesn't look like a specific named theory but all the fan discussion about the demogorgon, I think it works as part of a character page.
