Avocados at Law - details?

I did some quick searches can't tell: it would be useful to explain how much trope "Avocados at Law" is the pairing name and how much is other fannish uses. Anyone? --msilverstar (talk) 22:05, 10 April 2016 (UTC)

"Avocados at Law" is something that is actually canon in the series, where Matt and Foggy refer to themselves as such, thus fans of theirs kinda took it as a pairing name, but it's also used to represent them as a gen pairing as well (so similar in a brotp type way). If I'm not mistaken Matt & Foggy's law office has the title plate that says: Nelson & Murdock (and below it is Avocados at Law). I don't know if there are any other fannish uses for it, I know it appeared in a lot of fanworks in Season 1.--Harpie (talk) 03:29, 11 April 2016 (UTC)
