How does the MCU handle the spelling of Natasha's last name? In the comics it's Romanova, in the movies it's Romanoff. Does the MCU fanfic use both names or just one or the other? --Doro (talk) 20:57, 20 October 2013 (UTC)

They often use both. "Romanoff" is usually considered, I believe, either an Americanized way to spell Romanova (like how many families change their last names when they came over to US from leaving Europe - I believe it was during WWII or maybe before or after) or its just considered to be one of her aliases.--Harpie (talk) 21:14, 20 October 2013 (UTC)
