Who is Akira?
Hello Mrs. Potato Head; in the article, an artist named Akira is mentioned. Since the scans are sourced from your own copies, would you happen to know what the last name of Akira is and/or if they have another fandom alias? - I only have issue #1, and Akira is not an artist in that issue. The cover for issue #2 resides at the University of Iowa. In any case, I'm 99.9% that zine doesn't list another/last name.
