Is this the same person? Mirror Conspiracy by Barbara Peters. Fandom matches, times match. It says on Barbara P. Gordon's page that she was a fanwriter too, however, there's no examples of fanfiction at all. It would be good to have at least one, if this one happens to be hers. I compared handwriting from this file
