I don't think this page makes sense or is necessary as an extra page with all the others that are already listed on the Bandslash disambiguation. There is no content here, and nothing has been added since early October and there is not even an outline what should be added here rather than on one of the other pages. This page (like the others) was created in response to the discussion at Talk:Bandom (Decaydance+, My Chemical Romance Source Text), in an attempt to resolve controversy over definitions.

However, you're right that there's still no content either here or at Bandslash (Music Source Text) or Bandslash (Slash Source Community). We may want re-open the discussion about how best to organize information about bandslash (as used to mean all fic about bands/musicians) -- maybe if we consolidated some of those pages, it would make it easier for people to start adding information without trying to decide which of the three pages it goes on.

I'm going to leave the Attention: Gardeners tag on this, and not put up a request for deletion yet, because I feel like it needs input from a gardener with more knowledge about the fandoms involved (and about the original discussion). --Penknife 15:58, 26 February 2009 (UTC)

At the very least these stubs itself need to reflect somehow where you ought to add what. I came across this site because on the Big Bang page Bandom is linked, and I wanted to figure out which of the disambiguation results was the intended meaning and check whether the Bandom Big Bang was already mentioned on the Bandom page, something I thought I could do to improve the interlinkage without knowing all that much about the fandom. But I couldn't do either, and then checked what pages there were overall for that fandom. And okay, maybe bandom is just more complicated in who understands what under that term and you can't just quickly add a comm as an outsider, but the structure now just leaves me confused.--Ratcreature 18:42, 26 February 2009 (UTC)

For what it's worth, I think the Big Bang page means Bandom (Decaydance+, My Chemical Romance Source Text). Maybe it would be easier if the disambig page would just point to Bandom (Decaydance+, My Chemical Romance) and Bandom (Band Fandom) without mentioning source text, and the Bandslash page would just be a glossary page with all the possible definitions without redirecting anywhere. Propose for Deletion

Okay, I'm making this an official deletion proposal. I wish we had bandslash people willing to weigh in, but we don't appear to, and I think at this point the whole Bandslash section is a minefield that no one wants to touch. But one perfectly empty page that no one has ever used seems to be a reasonable candidate for deletion to me. Also I want to clear it off the Attention:Gardeners page because it's making me crazy to still have it there. Ahem. --Arduinna 22:09, 21 September 2009 (UTC)
