In regard to alien female genitalia on Star Trek: Kes (an Ocampa) is implied to have some sort of back-vagina, which I think has shown up in the fandom. Therehas also been significant speculation about Cardassian genitalia, which has resulted in a few widely-known variations (I've seen a whole bunch where all genitalia is held internally until the alien has been sufficiently stimulated). Also, Homestuck is big on this; I don't know what's popular or accepted, but I know there have been many discussions and lots of diagrams.--Sari (talk) 05:29, 10 March 2015 (UTC)
