Sue Shambaugh is a fan and translator of movies, videos, OAVs, videogames and books for fans, who was active from 1983-1998. She is also a cosplayer and SF/Fantasy costumer.
She was also one of the founding members of Katsucon and has appeared as a Guest of Honour at a number of anime conventions[1]:
