Sonotame no Elf Desu (そのためのエルフです) is a Lord of the Rings doujinshi by Cherry Beans and LOVE + LOVE. It contains several stories featuring Elrond, including a 9-page novel.
Pairings or suggested pairings include Elrond/Celebrían, Elrond/Legolas, Elrond/Aragorn, and Elrond/Isildur.[2]

About the only Elrond-centric doujinshi I know of. This one features Elrond with his wife, Arwen as a child, a scene with child Legolas meeting Elrond and a meeting between Aragorn and Elrond later. If you like Elrond, this is probably a safe bet for you.
