Sniper/Spy, known mostly as Bloody Suit or SniperSpy, is a very popular pairing within Team Fortress 2 fandom. The ship is between The Sniper and The Spy, two of the game's nine playable mercenaries and main characters.
Common Tropes
- Opposites Attract: Spy flaunts the wealth he gets from working as a mercenary by wearing expensive clothes and drinking only the finest of wines. Sniper throws jars of his own piss at people and lives in a camper van.
- Crossfaction: Enemies to lovers instead of coworkers, with it usually being RED Sniper/BLU Spy though having Sniper and Spy be from the same team is not unheard of.
- Height Difference: Sniper is taller, Spy is shorter.
- Christian Brutal Sniper x Christian Pure Spy: two Freak Fortress characters that are reskins of both Sniper and Spy. Later repurposed by shippers, encompassing usually religious imagery in fan art. CBS may also be paired with Gentle Spy, another Freak Fortress reskin of Spy, or Polite Spy.
