scifigrl47 is a fan writer who started posting Sherlock Holmes fanfic in 2012. In April 2012 she started writing in Avengers fandom[1], where her stories quickly became extremely popular. In June people started to apply to become her Science Bros on Tumblr and this later became its own tumblr at Science Bros Assemble!

- Toasterverse: The so-called Toasterverse (after a very popular OC, a sentient Toaster called Calcifer) currently consists of the main series In Which Tony Stark Builds Himself Some Friends (But His Family Was Assigned by Nick Fury) and the accompanying Phil Coulson's Case Files of the Toasterverse. It was widely recced and has a lot of accompanying fanworks.
- Tales of the Bots, a series currently consisting of six completed stories, The Act of Creation Will Be Your Salvation, Bedtime Stories and Nightmares, Curiosity Changes Everything, Stories Told With Silence, Rescue Missions and Mistaken Identities, The Monster In the Closet as well as one in-progress story, Fairy Tales and Clockwork Hearts, that focus on Tony Stark and his robots (~210,667 words).
HYDRA Controversy
A post by scifigrl47 critiquing the worldbuilding in Captain America: The Winter Soldier was criticized for proposing that it was more likely that Sam Wilson (a black man) could be a member of HYDRA than Tony Stark, a white man. Scifigrl47 has since deleted the meta post, although versions exist in reblogs on tumblr.[2]
