Jiang Cheng/Nie Huaisang is a non-canonical pairing in Mo Dao Zu Shi (MDZS) fandom as well as MDZS's adaptation sub-fandoms, including The Untamed. The portmanteau "SangCheng" is commonly used as their ship name.
Jiang Cheng/Nie Huaisang is a relatively popular ship, though it is dwarfed by the juggernaut canon pairing, Lan Wangji/Wei Wuxian. As of September 2020, it is the 7th most commonly tagged MDZS relationship on AO3 and the second most commonly tagged Jiang Cheng ship (after Jiang Cheng/Lan Xichen).
