Why we love it: This fic uses three different cases to clarify Steve’s character as well as his relationship with Danny. There are some interesting insights into how traumatized Steve very likely is by the events surrounding his father’s murder. His issues strain his relationship with Danny but it only makes it that much more realistic and Danny is always there for him. This is a very well thought out fic that has interesting cases and some truly smoking hot sex. This is a well written and layered read.[2]
Just do yourself a favor and read everything by this author, seriously, just fantastic[1]
