Reactions and Reviews
QUIETLY IN THE NIGHT is a story about Gol and the strange link that draws Kirk to Spock's side at the retreat on Vulcan. This isn't exactly 'metaphysical' as are most of the other stories in this zine, but it does deal with ESP and mind links and is a tender K/S story, a tender love story. [1]
QUIETLY IN THE NIGHT is an excellent story as well, though it had very little to do with "metaphysics." The writing, however, is wonderful, and in this at-Gol story, the interplay between Kirk and Spock gives the reader plenty to think about and lots to enjoy. A very recommendabte story. [2]
