From the editorial:
'Private Enterprise' came about because S.T.C.C. had accumulated a certain amount of material which was not suitable for inclusion in 'Fizzbin'. 'Fizzbin' is sold to a wide audience, who have cone to expect a certain type of story, and the material herein would not have fitted into that format. Hence, it was decided that should sufficient material come to hand suitable for an 'ADULT' zine, one would be produced. You are holding the result - 'Private Enterprise'.We hope that none of the material herein will shock. It is not intended to do so, but as we are dealing with 'ADULT' material you may find something herein which doesn't appeal to you; we feel that if people want to write such stories., then there must be people who wish to read them, but that everything should be in its correct place - hence, this zine will not be available for sale to anyone under the age of 18, and we are making it quite clear that it contains some explicit sexual references.
I am not trying to lecture. I enjoyed producing this zine and I hope you will enjoy reading it. Peace. Judy Mortimore.
