She has better stories, I know now (see Antidote), but this one I read when I was 16 and in high school, so I have a soft spot for it. It's an intriguing alternative storyline that resolves Scully's cancer in different way than the series. I remember printing this and keeping a copy under my pillow. It was a huge turn-on for a UST story.[1]
This little gem is a sweet post-Geth peice, full of angst, action, and a great M/S relationship. i think Rachel writes the best LUST story in town (other great reads by her are Gypsy and Swept Away but PoO is my fave) [2]
