Paul Morrow was a supporting character during Year One (Season One) of Space: 1999 and is seen in 23 of 24 episodes. He did not appear in the episode "The Infernal Machine".

His title is "Main Mission Controller" and he served as second-in-command under Commander John Koenig. He was portrayed by Prentis Hancock.

He is generally loyal to Koenig with two notable exceptions ("Another Time, Another Place", "The Last Sunset"). He is passionate at times ("Missing Link", "Voyager's Return").

Morrow is usually at his desk in Main Mission, but occasionally is sent on missions ("Matter Of Life And Death", "Mission Of The Darians"). He is also an experienced Eagle pilot ("Collision Course", "Guardian Of Piri").

Paul Morrow's father was killed when Voyager 2's drive cut in too soon ("Voyager's Return").

He is close to Sandra Benes ("Matter Of Life And Death") and married to her ("Another Time, Another Place"). Morrow and Benes kiss twice ("The Last Sunset", "The Full Circle").

His hobbies include guitar ("Black Sun", "Guardian Of Piri").

The novel The Forsaken by John Muir, and published by Powys Media, describes Morrow leaving Alpha with Tanya for the planet Pyxidea, while the Moonbase Alpha Technical Operations Manual lists him as in a year-long coma following an Eagle accident.
