No Island AU is a trope in Arrow fandom. Fanworks (mainly fanfiction) where Oliver Queen was never stranded on the Lian Yu ("Purgatory") island. This results in an alternate universe where Oliver is "normal" and did not become The Arrow/The Hood, usually with the same personality he had Pre-Island.
This is sometimes added into a Role Reversal AU, where Felicity Smoak or another character is trapped on the island instead and experiences the same kind that Oliver had.

- we keep all our promises (be us against the world) by sarcastic_fina (Olicity) When Oliver Queen meets Felicity Smoak, he's a billionaire playboy who likes the challenge. But she's not interested in being a notch on his bedpost and he has to decide if the life he leads is worth losing someone as remarkable as her.
- My Little Corner of the World by javajunkie (Olicity, Tommy/Sara) When Felicity Smoak randomly helps someone out with computer problems at a coffee shop, she has no idea just how much that single action will change the course of her life.
Someone else becomes the vigilante:

- AU: Sara Lance was found by fishermen in the North China Sea, after being presumed dead for five years. Once home, Sara becomes the Black Canary, taking up the role of Starling City’s only and most lethal vigilante, in order to fulfill Robert Queen’s dying wish; “save our city”., a gif-picspam of Sara Lance becoming the city's vigilante instead of Oliver.
- Oliver Smoak and Felicity Queen, a manip of Felicity as the vigilante and Oliver as a IT tech guy. (Role Reversal AU)
- Earth-4 Arrow by gxldenglider, a picspam of Thea Queen getting stranded on Lian Yu with Laurel Lance, eventually becoming Arrow & Laurel becoming Black Canary.
