Nikoichi. (にこいち。) is a Naruto doujinshi by Shiokagen. It's an Itachi x Sasuke story.
The title nikoichi refers to the process of taking parts from broken machines and repairing or improving a working machine - such as taking working parts from wrecked cars to install into a car that needs repair. Speculating from the cover about the time frame of the story, it might be a reference to Sasuke taking Itachi's eyes and having them implanted in himself.
