Mint Condition is a for-profit and charity fanzine centered on Diluc and Kaeya from Genshin Impact with a hurt/comfort and herbology theme featuring stories of recovery, healing, and finding peace. The zine is general in nature. The slogan of the zine is "let's grow together." Contributors had the option to receive a typical payout, or have their payout automatically donated to a nonprofit charity.
About
The title of the zine is a pun on the term "Mint Condition" meaning 'a state of being like new' and the plant "mint" - leaning into the herbology theme. Many of the advertisements and social media of the zine reflected similar herb, mint, and flower based puns.
The zine featured 45 contributors including 22 page artists, 13 writers, and 9 merch artists at time of preorder.
The interest check for this project ran from Jan 7, 2024 to Feb 7th, 2024[1] and had 105 responses. Contributor applications ran from February 20, 2024 to March 21, 2024[2].
Preorders opened on October 10th, 2024 with a scheduled end date November 11th, 2024.
The zine sold 76 copies and unlocked 3 of 4 stretch goals.

Rewards
The zine had an early bird promotion of a two piece acrylic charm.
Four stretch goals were included in the project: a cover upgrade, a pencil case, an a6 notebook, and a totebag.
Four share goals were announced at the preorder launch featuring a total of six stickers from four artists.
