Because of the existence of the Mirror Universe in the show, and the canonical death of Philippa Georgiou during its first season, there are different versions of this ship.
The most common one is shipping the "Prime" versions of the characters, although fanworks often feature the Mirror version of Philippa with either the Prime version of Michael, or her Mirror version. Shipping Prime Philippa with the Michael from the Mirror Universe seems to be less popular.
Common Tropes
A lot of fanworks for this ship explore the relationship between the character before we see them in the first season of the show, since Philippa dies in the second episode. For the same reason, Canon Divergence fanfics are also common. Angst is usually featured in the fanworks that include the Mirror version of Philippa.
