MAF, or Velnna, is a prolific Portuguese Webcomic artist and fanartist who was active in the Miraculous Ladybug fandom, and then became a BNF in the Baldur's Gate 3 fandom. He is also the author/artist of several original comics.
Fandom
In 2023, MAF became a fan of Baldur's Gate 3 and started sharing humourous short comics of his playthrough, featuring his Tav, Staeve, Astarion, Halsin and a self-insert of himself. Many fans began shipping the OT3 after being exposed to MAF's art.
He has also contributed with a lot of meme art.
The art grew so much in popularity that it spawned fanfiction and fanart of Astarion/Staeve and of the OT3, using MAF's original Tav by other artists.
