Lynn C. is a Harry Potter fan who was active from circa 1999 through the early 2000's.
She is perhaps best known for founding and maintaining Chris Rankin Online, what started as a fansite for Chris Rankin (the actor who plays Percy Weasley in the Harry Potter films) and later became Rankin's official site.[1] Lynn ran the site from August 2001 until around 2009.
Lynn was also a writer for Harry Potter Connection, a Harry Potter news site, in 2001.[2]
Lynn was the Public Relations director for Nimbus 2003, the first HPEF symposium. Her biography for Nimbus read:
Lynn [C.], the Public Relations director, has traversed the HP fandom under many guises over the last four years. Presently, she serves as a global editor for CountingDown.com and maintains Chris Rankin's official website. When in need of sleep, a rare occurrence, she attends classes at the University of Washington. In her more lucid moments she moonlights as a web designer and obsesses over Chris Guest movies. Amongst her weaponry are such diverse elements as: fear, surprise, ruthless efficiency, an almost fanatical devotion to the Pope, and nice red uniforms.
