Linda Hoyland is a fanfiction author, writing LOTR stories. She is a gen writer, including canon pairings whenever the story calls for it. Her writing mainly focuses on two characters, Aragorn and Faramir. In her main work, King and Steward, she follows their friendship as it evolves through the years following the Ringwar. Angst and hurt/comfort are often central to her stories, but she juxtaposes those by adding bits of fluff as well. She enhances what little we know about the Fourth Age by adding a fair number of original characters, not least of all both Aragorn's and Faramir's children.
