Canonically, Light Hope has no love interests. However, there is broad agreement in F/F sections of the fandom that Light Hope appears to be in love with Mara, and a level of general (if relegated to the background) support for the Mara/Light Hope relationship.

On August 17, 2020, creator ND Stevenson confirmed as Word of God that Mara and Light Hope were "a little in love".[1]
